Please follow these steps for warranty replacement.
We offer a 2 year limited warranty on everything you purchase at www.switcheasy-europe.eu/shop.
We are happy to send you a replacement.
Before we can send out the replacement item, please provide us with the following:
1. Your order-no. you received from www.switcheasy-europe.eu.
2. Indicate your name and current shipping address.
3. Clear Pictures of the damaged area instead of sending back the item itself.
In some situations we reserve the right to ask you to send the case back to us,
once received we will send you the replacement as required.
- This warranty does not cover against scratches, all cases will scratch if used.
- This warranty does not extend to any product or part that has been lost, or discarded by the customer.
- Replacements will not be processed without proof of purchase.
- SwitchEasy Europe does only treat products that originate from the European market.

please provide us with your tracking number and shipping carrier.
Once we receive the item back we will notify you regarding your replacement.
