Please follow these steps for warranty replacement.

We offer a 2 year warranty on all our products.
We are more than happy to send you a replacement part of your current
color and style if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been
discontinued.

Please note:
- This warranty does not cover against scratches, all cases will scratch if used.
- This warranty does not extend to any product or part that has been lost, or discarded by the customer.
- Replacements will not be processed without proof of purchase.
- SwitchEasy Europe does only treat products that originate from the European market.

Please provide us with the following information via email:

1) Current item/Color

2) A clear picture that will help explain the problem you are having.

3) A brief statement that will help us understand what you think is wrong.

4) A copy of the original receipt, as proof of purchase.

5) Your name and shipping address.

If you are not able to email us a picture; you have no proof of purchase,
you must return the damaged part in order for replacements.
We will not cover any return shipping costs.

To help us to track and locate your returned items,
please provide us with your tracking number and shipping carrier.

Once we receive the item back we will notify you regarding your replacement.
